The main concept of this WT project is to create four towers with different architectural programs with a strategic beating heart in the center. The four skyscrapers integrated with the landscape offer a variety of commercial, cultural and recreational spaces. A new proposal for a city center which works within existing urban parameters but creates a new type of living and working environment. Respecting the concentric structure, parting from the idea that the circle represents a cycle, giving infinite growth and evolution. Particular attention is given to the study of sustainable mobility with walkways and roads at different levels and the introduction of non-polluting last generation vehicles. This center provides a pneumatic system for the collection and separation of waste, channeled and sorted through underground conduits.
