WT Design concept to investigate the potential of building perforated shells in luxury residential units. WT conceived a perforated outer shell that envelops the a transparent and minimal interior body of the villa, like a precious fabric that allows light and air to filter into the building. The light dosed from the arabesques of the façade that shield the building, is transformed into a golden decoration which creates suggestive effects in the interior. The volutes of the casing perforated extend beyond the perimeter of the building creating suggestive terraces.
