WT Masterplan project for a new community in Abu Dhabi containing approximately 4.800 new villas, 3.000 townhouses, 3.300 apartments and a town centre consisting of a major retail and commercial centre. 
The project has been commissioned by The Government of Abu Dhabi, predominantly for the use of UAE Nationals.
This project forms part of a wider Government initiative to create more mixed-used areas for the local population.The masterplan for Al Falah is designed to provide full community facilities and extensive social housing opportunities for Emirate citizens. It will also provide integrated retail, commercial, educational, health and leisure uses for the town.
