WT Project has designed the masterplan and the tracks of City of Motors in Varese, in collaboration with the technical committee of the Veneto Region. The project stems from the desire of the Veneto Region to create an area dedicated to competitive races for cars and motorcycles, with related services.
City of Motors is a multi-purpose center designed in an area of 450 hectares which includes: 1. new racetrack, 2. entertainment park, 3. shopping mall with showrooms, 4. hotel, 5. science and technology park with laboratories and museums dedicated to the world of motors.
Also for this master plan WT Project has foreseen the inclusion of large photovoltaic areas for the energetic implementation of the structure.
