After the exceptional success of Sao Paolo Island, WT Project was selected by Pioneer Real Estate and Venture Capital Bank to develop the masterplan project for a second relevant island of The World archipelago in Dubai: WT Russia Island.  An ambitious project that had to include exclusive villas for the Sheik Al Maktoum family.
The masterplan was inspired from the myth of the magnificent Russian Empire and its legendary emblem of the Golden Falcon.
Falcon is an historical symbol of Russia, and also of UAE, a link between tradition and contemporaneity of these two cultures.
A symbol that represent power, royality, vigor and strenght.
The masterplan development is based on an harmonious coexistence of residential function, private villas anc yacht club, with a dynamic and flexuous shape and an entertainment “heart” in the middle of the Island.
