Mas Project
Location Saint-Esprit, France
Client Private
Description

The project is nestled near Saint-Esprit, with convenient travel connections—approximately 6 hours and 10 minutes from Paris to Pont Saint-Esprit and 1 hour and 29 minutes from Marseille to Saint-Paulet-de-Caisson. At the heart of Provence, this grand Napoleonic residence, an enchanting stone Mas, stands surrounded by picturesque vineyards and orchards, embodying the timeless allure of southern France. This ambitious renovation seeks to harmonize the Mas’s historical essence with modern luxury, preserving its architectural integrity while introducing contemporary functionality. At the core of the property, one of its three courtyards will become the residence’s focal point, carefully restored with authentic materials to maintain its storied character. The property encompasses a remarkable total area of 2,178 square meters. The renovation is thoughtfully divided into ten distinct sections, including five residential blocks. Additional elements include a grand main entrance, a meticulously landscaped garden, two distinctive courtyards—courtyard 1 and courtyard 2—and an elegant swimming pool area. The design emphasizes openness, with generously scaled interiors and exterior spaces crafted to invite both celebration and tranquility. The interplay of natural light during the day and a sophisticated lighting system at night enhances the property’s architectural features, creating a dynamic ambiance that highlights its grandeur and charm. This revitalized Mas seamlessly integrates Provence’s rustic heritage with the refinement of modern design, offering a unique sanctuary of elegance and comfort.
